MFR operate a limited number of 30 day accounts mostly confined to National & Local Government Organizations.

Safe & Correct Use Of Our Products
Material Safety data Sheets ( MSDS ) are available for all products supplied by us and can normally be downloaded directly from the relevant MSDS page. Please ensure that you refer to the relevant data sheets for products purchased To ensure the safe usage, handling & storage of our products.
Correct application methods and coverage rates are included in the individual products description
In the event of an MSDS sheet not being available please contact us for a copy before use.
All products are supplied and provided on the condition that we MFR cannot be held responsible in the event they are used for any other purpose other than that explicitly specified by ourselves.
Any recommendations and advice offered are given without legal responsibility. MFR shall not be liable to the customer in the event of damage to goods or injury to persons resulting from negligent or improper use or handling of goods by the customer, their employees or their agents or members of the general public, or any loss of profit or contracts or other consequential losses of any kind however caused.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MFR disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Availability
All items are subject to availability but are usually Ex-Stock for same day shipment if ordered before 3:00 PM ( 15:00 Hrs. )

Delivery
We will endeavour to despatch all of our products if ordered before 3:00 PM ( 15:00 Hrs. ) that day for delivery to the UK Mainland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland & Eire & I.O.M by A.P.C Couriers Next Day Service or if that next day service is not available for that specific area, the next best available APC service for that area.
We strongly urge customers to provide a daytime telephone number to enable the courier to effect an on time delivery, this information will not be shared with any third party
For International deliveries MFR will use customers nominated carriers on customer’s specific accounts or choose a carrier acceptable to both parties
Whilst MFR makes every effort to ensure that all deliveries are effected on time, MFR will not be held responsible for non- deliveries, breakages, storage, demurrage & similar charges & deliveries outside the nominated specified delivery time caused by any carrier
Where goods are returned to MFR as Being undeliverable by the carrier, MFR reserves the right to charge the customer for the returns & re-delivery charges charged To MFR by the carrier
No claim for damage in transit, shortage of delivery, or loss of goods will be entertained by MFR,
In the instances of damage in transit or shortage of delivery, a separate notice in writing must given to both the carrier concerned and to MFR at the time of that delivery . MFR must receive a complete claim in writing at its head office within three days of that delivery. In the case of loss of goods, MFR and the carrier concerned must receive, at their relevant Registered Offices a complete claim in writing made within ten (10) working days from date of despatch.
Time Of Essence Clauses in any format or guise are totally unacceptable to MFR
Any time or date nominated by MFR for delivery is given and intended as an estimate only and MFR shall not be liable to make good any damage or loss whether arising directly or indirectly from the delay in delivery.
In exceptional circumstances where a period is named for delivery and such period is not extended or varied by mutual consent in writing, the customer shall take delivery within that revised period if :-
In the event of a stoppage, delay or interruption of work in the establishment of either MFR or the customer during the nominated delivery period as a result of strikes, lock-outs, trade disputes, breakdowns, accidents or any cause whatsoever beyond the control of MFR or the customer respectively.
Deliveries may be wholly or partially suspended and the time of such suspension added to the original contract.
Or
In the event of an outbreak of hostilities (whether war is declared or not) in which the United Kingdom is involved, or in the event of a National Emergency, or if MFR.’s production facility should become either directly or indirectly engaged on Government orders or orders under priority directions which prevents or delays work on other orders, MFR shall be entitled at any time, on notice to the customer, to make partial deliveries only or to determine the contract, without prejudice in any case to rights accrued in respect of deliveries already made.
Deliveries may be wholly or partially suspended and the time of such suspension added to the original contract.

Complaints
Any complaints by the consumer will be dealt with in a fair, effective and confidential manner. Complaints must be submitted in writing to our offices and will be acknowledged within seven ( 7 ) working days. MFR agrees to provide a likely timescale to resolve the dispute and keep the consumer informed about progress.

Cancellation Of Order
Once an official order has been received either verbally or in writing, a contract is deemed to have been entered into between MFR and the customer. Cancellation of the contract will be solely at the discretion of MFR.
Cancellation of an order will not be accepted in any circumstances where a product has been specially made to fill that order. A charge of 25% will be made for goods that are of merchantable quality as determined by MFR.

Returned Goods
It is our general policy not to accept return of goods.
In exceptional circumstances standard products may be returned to us within ten (10 ) working days of date of delivery provided that the customer has written agreement from MFR to effect such a return.
No claims will be entertained for returns outside this period.
Goods are to be returned at the customer’s expense to the original source of supply as specified by MFR and a re-stocking charge of 25% will be made for goods that are of merchantable quality as determined by MFR.
Not all goods may be accepted back into stock for credit.
Any refund made will not take into consideration the actual original carriage cost incurred in shipping the product to you.
If you open the original containers then we will not be able to offer the goods for resale as new so we will not be able to offer you a refund.
We are unable to offer refunds on items that have been especially made for you.
Return shipment will be at your own cost by your own courier. We will not arrange a third-party collection on your behalf.
When returning goods we recommend that you use a carrier who offers shipment tracking and that you insure the package for its full value. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods during transit.
Returned goods will be weighed & basic tests of specific gravity & ph performed to ensure that the returned item conforms exactly to the despatched item.

Defective Goods
You are required to immediately inspect the received goods and advise us within twenty four (24 ) hours of receipt of any damage or shortages. Our carriers will not accept any responsibility whatsoever for damaged goods or shortages reported after twenty four (24 ) hours
Goods purported & represented by the customer to be defective shall not form the subject of any claim for work done by the customer or for any consequential loss, damage or expense whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from such alleged defects.
However, such goods, if returned to MFR and accepted by them as defective, will if requested by the customer be exchanged for an identical item exactly as originally ordered.
Defects in quality or volume in any delivery shall not be the basis or grounds for cancellation of the remainder of the order or contract.

Title Of Goods Web sales
Title of the goods passes to the customer when online secure payment or telephone payment is made & goods are delivered to the customer by our courierץ

Title Of Goods 30 Day accounts
Title to the products supplied shall pass to the customer when MFR provides the products to for delivery to the customer, or where applicable when the customer or its nominated carrier collect the products from MFR.’s premises.
The exceptions to the passage of title are The customer’s right to possession of the products shall end immediately if it:
Makes any arrangement with its creditors or otherwise takes the benefit of any statutory provision for the relief of insolvent debtors, or convenes a meeting of creditors, or enters into liquidation, or has a receiver and/or manager, administrator or administrative receiver appointed, or documents are filed for the appointment of an administrator of the customer or notice of intention to appoint an administrator is given by any entitled person or a resolution is passed or a petition presented to a court to wind-up the customer or for the grant of an administration order or any insolvency proceedings are commenced relating to the customer
Suffers or allows any execution to be levied on its property or obtained against it or breaches any of its obligations under any contract or any other contract with MFR or is unable to pay its debts within the meaning of section 123 of the Insolvency Act 1986 or ceases to trade.
Encumbers or in any way changes any of the products.
If the customer shall make any default in or commit any breach of his contractual obligations to MFR.
Or if any distress or execution shall be levied upon the customer his property or assets or if he (the customer) shall make, or offer to make, any arrangements or composition with creditors or commit any Act of Bankruptcy.
Or if any Petition or Receiving Order in Bankruptcy shall be presented or made against him.
Or if the customer shall be a limited company and any Resolution to wind up such company’s business shall be passed or presented otherwise than for reconstruction or amalgamation.
Or if a Receiver of such company’s undertaking property or assets or any part thereof shall be appointed.
MFR shall have the right forthwith to determine any order then subsisting and upon written notice of such determination being posted by it to the customer’s address for service specified herein any subsisting order shall have been deemed to have been determined without prejudice to any claim or right MFR might otherwise make or exercise.
